jeansybaby asked: Happy Sherlock day 22.1.13 = 221B

D’AWWW! Would you look at that?!

brilliantchinboy asked: hey babes! i've always been looking with such longing at the pinned posts about meet ups for NY and i was just wondering if there were any Sherlockian societies in Oregon? Somewhere in the Portland area?

This one we’re not sure about… I know there’s a group in Seattle… but that’s a bit of a drive. Anyone out there in Oregon know of any groups?

You can always check http://sherlock-meetup.livejournal.com/

cardicorgicosplay asked: I thought you and your followers might be interested to know that I'm streaming Sherlock for all to see right now over at www[.]livestream[.]com/cardiwatchestv And probably will be doing this for several more nights! Sherlock for all!

crawfors asked: Hi, I see you guys reblog posts from sherlockian societies like sherlocknyc and i was wondering, is there a sherlockian society in LA?

Yes! There’s the Sherlock Breakfast Club based in Los Angeles. Screen Writer Bonnie MacBird is the leader and she’s lovely! They’ve had two meets so far, and I’m sure there will be more!

midnightrevelries asked: Thank you very much for following me on my tumblr page (myinfinteloveforbooks)!!! You guys have no idea how much that means to me and it really made my day! :D Once again, love your podcasts, which I listen to religiously! And since this is suppose to be the ask page, do you guys know of any Sherlockian societies in the Bay Area in California, more specifically Berkeley, Ca? Thank you guys, again!

You’re too cute.

AND YES! Actually there’s Bay Area Sherlockians! I don’t know how active they are, but do poke them!

hedgehog-goulash7 asked: I can tell genuinely-enthusiastic and others interested in the next RDJ Sherlock Holmes movie that it has definitely been green-lighted. Drew Pearce, who just wrote Iron Man 3, has been tapped to do the screenplay. Producer Dan Lin said publicly last month that everyone involved is committed to making it happen! The first two movies have made well over a billion dollars for Warner Bros, so that's powerful motive, but all involved also genuinely love these movies and want to make more of them.

genuinely-enthusiastic asked: Hey Babes! I have a question for you. The entry on imdb for the next installment of Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes seems to have disappeared entirely and I can't find anything on the web that hints at an announcement. Do you have any information on whether the film has been dropped or postponed? I would be sad if it was, since I really enjoyed the other two.

It may be that they’re finalizing information for it. There was an article not too long ago, as well as a report from one of our followers, that they’re just waiting on a script. Maybe things are proceeding with that and they’ve taken it down do people don’t start posting nonsense? I highly doubt it’s been dropped, they’re box office successes and everyone involved has said they want to continue. It may be post-poned until RDJ is done with Iron Man 3/someothermoviewithstuffthatgoesbang. Afraid that’s all I can guess at.

khorazir asked: Hiya, and a happy new year to you all! I was wondering if you happen to know about any Sherlock meet-ups in London at January 6th, it being Sherlock birthday and all that. And perhaps whether anybody's got a spare ticket for the Cabin Pressure recording that day ... ;)

There’s the SHSL Dinner, but that’s ticketed. There’s SHAM 2013 which is at the end of the month. I don’t think there’s any fan-meets on the 6th, but I may be wrong. Tell us tumblr!

glitter-king asked: Red-Headed League? Amy? It has to be Amy Pond, of course!

RIGHT?!

theladyholmes asked: Hey would you guys have any recs for RDJ-centric Holmes blogs? I find that while Benny's EVERYWHERE and there's definitely some specialized Brett blogs, there's an absolute dearth of RDJ Holmes on my dash, which is not okay. Thanks and sorry if that's a weird question! :)

Oh that’s not a weird question at all! We can definitely recommend hedgehog-goulash7 who is our RDJ supplier haha. Anyone else have some recommendations?
